a manager for your release

Your release, run from the first email to the results.

The record is finished and you know who is worth writing to. What eats your evenings is everything after that: who, when, with what, and what came of it. We start where it bites hardest, with a private listening page for every recipient, no login and no password. Then contacts that remember your history, drafts written for a specific person, and an alert the moment someone listens to the end. On your own domain, with no fee per send.

Hi Sarah, here are four songs from our debut EP. We are not asking for airplay, we are asking what you honestly think. If one of them lands, tell us and we will play it for you at rehearsal.

// what you get

This works today, on our own release.

No slides and no promises. Six things we are using to put out our own EP. The full scope, including what is still being built, sits on the features page.

A listening page per person

One address per human, a short letter in their language, a player, the files. Out of the index, no password: the unique link is the identity. Its own preview in WhatsApp and Messenger.

ready

A player with a real waveform

The envelope is computed from your own files, a click on the wave seeks, the tracklist carries times and rolls on by itself. Tested on iOS, where this usually falls apart.

ready

Cookie-free tracking

Opened, first play, finished the track, downloaded, passed on. A live dashboard: who, what, when, from which city. Your own address filtered out.

ready

An alert when someone finishes

A notification on your phone the moment an editor reaches the end of a track. That is the cue to call, not to send another email.

ready

„Pass it on" with a chain

One click and your recipient mints a fresh link for the next person. You see who the music travelled through and how far. We have not seen this anywhere else.

ready

An EPK that is a page

Bio in two languages, facts, line-up, credits, photos, contact. Always current under one link, instead of a PDF someone still has from two releases ago.

ready
// pass it on

Music travels around a newsroom anyway. Now you see the route.

Haulix, DISCO and Byta measure what the person you sent the link to does with it. The moment that person forwards it to a colleague, the trail goes cold. Here every hand-off mints a new, numbered link, and the events line up into a chain.

sarahradio host, your link

sarah>2>1show host, finished the track
sarah>3promoter, opened it, never played
After the release you get a „who helped" report. The people whose chains ran furthest get a personal thank you and a guest list spot. A cheap gesture, and a very human one.
// how it works

Four steps. Nothing to wire together.

The site, the listening pages, the contacts, the mail and the automations live in one account. Nothing to export, nothing to paste into a spreadsheet.

STEP 1

Upload the tracks, write the letter

MP3 and WAV, artwork, bio. The waveform computes itself. You write the letter once and personalise it per person.

one evening
STEP 2

Everyone gets their own link

Straight from your contact list: radio, press, venues, labels. A „radio" flag reveals the WAV right away, with nobody having to ask.

a minute per person
STEP 3

Watch it, get the alert

The dashboard refreshes itself. Someone finishing a track arrives as a notification on your phone.

live
STEP 4

Call the people who finished

Anyone silent after 8 days turns into a task that says „write a follow-up". One, written like a human. No automated series.

no spam
// before the release and after

Single, pre-order, EP, show. The same kit grows with you.

What came out of the pilot, and what we are adding on the way to our own release. Honestly labelled.

Before the release

  • Private listening pages with a letterper person, out of the index, stream and files
    ready
  • Dashboard and the „finished it" alerta notification, SMS optional
    ready
  • Engagement score on the contactopened 1, finished 3, downloaded 5, passed on 5; segments hot, warm, silent
    soon
  • Follow-up as a taskno reaction after 8 days creates a task instead of sending a mail
    soon
  • A smart link on your own domainone address, „notify me" before the release, „listen" after, switching itself over
    soon

Release day and after

  • Band site and EPKon your own domain, two languages, shows, lyrics, discography
    ready
  • A mail on release dayto the „notify me" list, from your own domain, segmented by city
    soon
  • A track for an email addresssongs that did not make the EP in exchange for an address; the only thing here that builds a channel you own
    soon
  • The „who helped" reportout of the pass-it-on chains
    soon
  • Tickets and pre-ordersa shop with an invoice, if anyone asks for one
    soon
// instead of five subscriptions

One account on your own domain. And a few things we deliberately skip.

Inside

  • band site, EPK and listening pages on one domain
  • industry contacts with notes: radio, press, venues, festivals, labels
  • mail from your own domain, written like a letter, not like a newsletter
  • automations: alerts, tasks, mail timed to the release date
  • message drafts written for a person, always waiting for your approval
  • no fee per send, and an invoice your accountant will accept

What is missing, and will stay missing for a while

  • audio watermarking: licensed technology, and nobody pirates a debut yet
  • our own pre-save: Spotify closed the API to small apps in 2025, so take the one your distributor gives you
  • forced feedback and strings of automated reminders: recipients hate both
  • a stream-only mode for press and radio: an editor needs the file
// where this is going

Listening pages are the first step, not the whole product.

The plan is to run the whole release: remember your relationships with the press, watch festival deadlines, draft for a specific person and show what the campaign actually produced. We build it in the order we need it ourselves on our own record.

Relationship memory

Contacts and correspondence out of your own archive, with the history intact. For each person a call: rekindle, start fresh, skip or wait.

Opportunity radar

Festival, showcase and competition calls with the deadline, the requirements and a submission already half filled in.

Outcomes, not effort

Coverage, airplay, accepted submissions and the hours it took. Instead of a count of emails sent.

// where this came from

We built it for our own band.

Windy, debut EP

A duo from Warsaw, four songs, out in the winter of 2026. The first listening pages went to journalists and promoters we know, each with a letter. The dashboard showed who had finished the songs before anyone replied to the email. The numbers from the whole campaign go here after the EP is out.
